ABOUT
ME

My way of working and Inspiring others
My aim is to create a confidential, safe and non-judgmental environment to explore the issues clients bring. My emphasis is to work collaboratively with the client to explore, understand and to resolve their different problems. I work with individuals, couples and families. I provide short-term or long-term therapy to help people with their emotional well-being and to relieve stress.

My psychological approach is integrative. This involves drawing on different therapeutic approaches to provide the flexibility to better meet the client’s needs. I tailor the therapy and coaching sessions to take account of the client’s presenting issues and experienced difficulties. I use a fluid and flexible approach which is informed by, and draws upon a range of therapeutic models including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person-centred therapy, relational and systemic therapy. The therapeutic approaches I draw upon may be used separately or in combination.
